This 2-session course covers ways to help facilitate change, including why understanding change is central to the overall effectiveness and sustainability of cultural humility in harm reduction.

Workshops typically include:
- Introductions and icebreakers
- Review of core competencies and leadership development for leading change
- Overview of activities that facilitate understanding of organizational equity and transformational initiatives
- Small group discussion on individual change strategies such as coaching and mentoring and the importance of harm reduction sensibilities in the workplace.

- DEI leaders, chief diversity or equity officers, administrators, classified professionals, students, program leaders, clergy, community center staff, counselors, educators, therapists, coaches, social workers, and mentors
- Anyone who works directly with other people
- Anyone who works in an organization/network/coalition dedicated to ensuring the cultural safety, health, well-being, sense of belonging, and equity for themselves and others
