Workshops typically include:
  • Introductions and icebreakers
  • Review of core competencies and leadership development for leading change
  • Overview of activities that facilitate understanding of organizational equity and transformational initiatives
  • Small group discussion on individual change strategies such as coaching and mentoring and the importance of harm reduction sensibilities in the workplace.
