Workshops typically include:

• Introductions and icebreakers
• Review of core concepts
• Viewing of the 35-minute film on the principles and history of cultural humility
• Overview of activities that facilitate understanding of harm reduction
• Small group discussion on DEI, harm reduction, and cultural humility in leadership
• Developing a self-care and action plan
