What We Offer
Our work centers around the concept of cultural humility. To this end, we offer services to interested individuals and organizations to help deepen their cultural humility and enhance their skills for advocating and facilitating change.
We integrate the following cross-cutting concepts and practices throughout our work. We not only teach these concepts but are also committed to modeling them in all we do.
Cultural Humility
A lifelong process of self-reflection and commitment to understand and respect different points of view.
Calling-in Dialogue
Conversation using respect and compassion to address behavior that is harmful, biased, or problematic.
Restorative Practices
Strengthening relationships as a way to resolve conflict, repair harm, and reaffirm community.
Organizational Equity
The equitable distribution of power and resources allowing for fair treatment, access, and opportunity.
Transformative Learning
Reflection on how one views the self, others, and society in order to learn and grow.
When historians pick up their pens to write the story of the 21st century, let them say that it was your generation who laid down the heavy burden of hate at last and that peace finally triumphed over violence, aggression and war. So I say to you, walk with the wind, brothers and sisters, and let the spirit of peace and the power of everlasting love be your guide.
