About the Program
The Allied Path Speaker’s Series is a visiting speakers and coaching series. Allied Path Consulting, LLC can work with you to offer a series of professional development opportunities to meet your institutional equity and cultural humility goals. We also offer annual curracted speaker series in addition to co-creating client requested series.
If you would like a specialized or individually curated speakers’ series, our team will work with you to identify which of our training associates will provide the best workshops and coaching combination to help you move forward with internalizing and institutionalizing the core concepts. We begin with a needs assessment, which informs our curriculum and coaching design.
Workshop Sessions
Our workshop sessions are meticulously planned to meet your needs and to maximize the equity-centered adult learning experience. We know that your time is valuable, so our commitment is to provide high quality, information rich, and interactive sessions while taking up the least amount of your time as possible. Thus, once we confirm the topics, all you have to do is arrange the logistics; we will do the rest!

Program Options & Support
Your professional development series is uniquely tailored to your organizational culture and audience needs. Training sessions are both activities and lecturettes that help participants’ grasp the content through practical application. What’s more, each session is followed with either an in-person or virtual coaching session for participants.
We offer a variety of options, which include our four 90-minute workshops with coaching embedded, which can be delivered on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. We also offer more in-depth learning experiences through both 6 and 9 session programs. Our 6-month programs offer two options. You can opt for three 1-hour speaker sessions and three 1-hour coaching sessions or you can select to have 3 core topics presented in two parts for a total of 3 hours per topic. Each session is 90 minutes in length instead of 1 hour, and after each core topic (two speakers series sessions) your team will have an opportunity to attend a one hour small group coaching session. Whereas 9-month programs include five topics or five 1-hour speaker sessions and four coaching sessions. You may select from our core programs or we will work with you to design something unique to your interest and timeframe.
You may also choose to add a kick-off and closing session to any of our speaker series.
To ensure your experience is as seamless as possible, we provide you with ongoing supportive guidance as well as marketing materials. We will serve as your speaker liaison, helping to confirm dates and times for each session. All you need to do is set up a zoom link, identify your dates and times, and spread the word!

Curated Series: Please contact us for a free thirty-minute in-take and brainstorming session. Generally, investments range from $15,000 – $25,000
